    Kick Max for the first time today

    I love Kick Max and Imax 2. These are the videos I reach for when I don't feel like working out because I think they are fun and challenging, so once I start them I don't want to stop! You definitely have to work up to finishing the blasts. But just think how great it'll be when you complete...

    Stop, rewind, stop, rewind. HA HA!! The more you do them, the less tripping you will do. Try doing the video/dvd the first time without the step. Especially if your new to Cathe. After you get to know her you'll know her moves and she's very good at cueing them in advance. Good Luck! Sheryl

    HST or HSC ?

    I like them both myself. But if I had to choose a favorite between the two I like HSTA. Each segment starts with cardio, then does legs and finishes with upper body. Great workout!

    Well no wonder I couldn't find "IMAX 1" it's found under Interval Max! Thanks for the info. I've done Rhythmic Step off FitTv and liked it so I'll go check out the combo DVD. Sheryl

    I've looked everywhere for IMAX 1 and cannot find. Anyone know where I can get this? I love IMAX 2, buying IMAX 3 today. Should I even bother looking for this or just wait for the new DVD's to come out? Sheryl
