    Thank you for the review! I'm not good at high impact these days, but I'm going to at least try this one, and then use it as a benchmark to work up to higher intensity moves over time. :) I too love seeing Jai and Brenda in the workouts. They both are so beautiful and strong. They inspire me. :)

    Thanks, @ddsadie! :) I love how we all have modified our routines based on listening to our bodies, and have forged ahead despite aging and life getting in the way. My entire mindset changed when I wasn't working out, and not for the better. I'm so glad I made the commitment to begin again. :)
