Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (Ear Crystals displaced)

Interesting, because I have a history of cold sores. I used to get them all the time, but haven't had one in years, but how interesting that it can manifest itself in the inner ear. OUR physiology is fascinating.

Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (Ear Crystals displaced)

Yes, they did and I have been doing it at home, but have you read what Melagras has posted about the dangers of doing that? Thanks

Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (Ear Crystals displaced)

I have been doing the Epley maneuver at home, had no idea it was dangerous. I will stop and reschedule with the therapist. Thanks for the warning.

Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (Ear Crystals displaced)

I went to an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist because I have been having dizziness, imbalance and other symptoms I suspected to be connected to some kind of inner ear problem. It turns out the calcium crystals in my ear canal (who knew about those?) had somehow become displaced. There is an easy...

    More Cardio!

I would love to see more like Crossfire and To the Max with one section using weights and circuit routines. I'd also like to see another like Intensity with the variety that that offers.

    More Cardio!

I completely agree. Can't get enough of the tough cardio routines.

OOOH, this sounds great. What a terrific idea and plan. I'd buy it.

    RWH #2!

Yes, I agree. I think she reached a pinnacle with this series, and I never tire of it. More, please, more. I'm not sure about Yoga, as I don't think that is where Cathe excels, or the Ride, as that only applies to people with stationary bikes, but a similar lineup, maybe with a bit more...

    Thank you to whomever

I've been attempting to find the thread that suggests Millionaire Hoy on Youtube, but can't find it. I just want to thank all those who mentioned him, which led me to give him a try. He's great. I'd love to see someone with megabucks "discover" him, back him and put out a DVD series. He's a fun...

My favorite Cathe workout and least favorite

I love the new Plyo Hiits ( I do both of them at once) for cardio and Ripped with Hiit Circuit routines for intervals and STS total body for Total Body conditioning. Other favorites are Afterburn, Flextrain, X10 and Butts and Gutts. I wish, however, that a combination of the two Ripped with Hiit...

    Cute Blooper on Afterburn

Has anyone else noticed that during the final section of Afterburn, during the back lunges with shoulder exercises, Cathe and most of the crew do not alternate legs, they stay on one side. Except, that is, for Jai, who has an funny and endearing reaction at the point she realizes she messed up...

All Leg moves from Horizontal Conditioning

This sounds interesting, but funny enough, most of the leg moves in Horizontal Conditioning is done standing. Doesn't make sense, does it? This new set sounds pretty good, my only question is the Intermediate level, I've been doing her Advanced workouts forever. Thanks for the response.

Effectiveness of spreading out a workout throughout the day

It makes perfect sense, thank you, I appreciate all the responses and advice you give in your replies to my postings, Nckfitheart2009. Like I mentioned above, there just are some days I don't want to completely go without a workout but can only seem to get in 15 minutes at a time. At least that...

Effectiveness of spreading out a workout throughout the day

Thanks so much for this, it answers my question. I didn't mean I only wanted to hear from Cathe or her staff, I just thought this forum "Ask Cathe" was for that. I was hoping others would share their experiences as well. Thanks so much for doing so! There are just some days I can't seem to...

Effectiveness of spreading out a workout throughout the day

Hi Cathe or anyone from her staff: I sometimes find I can only finish a workout at intervals during the day. Sometimes I have interruptions, or just simply don't have a full 50-60 minutes to complete one of your workouts all at once. Can you get the same benefit by completing it throughout the...

    Subtitles?

I've had some guests recently from Sweden. They are workout hounds and wanted to try my Cathe DVDs. Their English is quite good, but they understand British accents better than American ones. Do you offer subtitles or do you offer other formats for European languages and formats? Thanks in...
