    will do. I may have to modify it, as I am having trouble with step routines, kickboxing and knee pain. It is funny though I can, do Boot camp except I modigfy some of the cardio that kicking with extra speed skaters. So far the 3 on 1 of is feeling good!

    Not Cathe but... Your rotation looks good; putting the stretch and yoga in between the ternimator workouts is wise IMHO. They are super workouts but you need to make sure you don't over do it. You seem to have a good combination there. Good luck and check back to let us know how it goes.
