    Annette, I like the weighted core workouts. I feel like it adds another level and I can always feel it the next day. Good workout with the kickbox. Good to hear your shoulder is better!

    Kudos to all who did workouts over the weekend and to those who rested. I did not have an opportunity to do much. Trying to coordinate with the movers and go through the house room by room to tell them what I'm moving. Would be so much easier if they just came to the house.
