Coffeyfit Raw- "Lower Body Kettlebell & Dumbbells" - 25 min.
Coffeyfit Raw- "Upper Body Finisher-Arms & Shoulders" - 14 min.
IFit- "Waimea Canyon, Hawaii" elliptical hike- 16 min.

Hey ladies,

Today was CDORNER's latest Kickboxing with weighted core workout which was 42 minutes. It was tough at least the weighted ab part was,lemme tell ya. I worked up a sweat with just it. So I called it a kickboxing circuit since it used weights with the Core work So not too bad for a Friday.

Shoulders are feeling a bit better, yesterday I did do some light dumbbell work for shoulders but not enough to count as a workout. So maybe that helped.

Anyway, nice Coffeyfit Raw and Ifit workout Linda.

Annette, I like the weighted core workouts. I feel like it adds another level and I can always feel it the next day. Good workout with the kickbox. Good to hear your shoulder is better!
 
Hello, Ladies! It's been crazy this week and my buyers have gotten on my very last nerve.
Anyway, not able to get in much in the way of workouts the last few days. Glad I'm off Monday. I have so much to do to get ready for the move.
Will be packing and moving more boxes to the storage unit. That will most likely be my workout for the weekend.
