Hey ladies,
Today was CDORNER's latest Kickboxing with weighted core workout which was 42 minutes. It was tough at least the weighted ab part was,lemme tell ya. I worked up a sweat with just it. So I called it a kickboxing circuit since it used weights with the Core work So not too bad for a Friday.
Shoulders are feeling a bit better, yesterday I did do some light dumbbell work for shoulders but not enough to count as a workout. So maybe that helped.
Anyway, nice Coffeyfit Raw and Ifit workout Linda.
