Sorry for the late check in, now workout today. I'm still a bit sore from Weighted jump rope and weights the other day, so decided to rest and be safe.
Siobhan- Great job on your workout today with:
Dan the Hiit Man- Total Body Hevy Weights= 30 minutes + a 5 minute Cathe warm-up. Total workout was 45 minutes- Boy that sounds tough I agree with you. On the CrossRope weighted Ropeless are tough. I've only used the 1/4 pound weights so far and they are so tough and then the bruises into my thigh, but I'm sure that is a matter of learning to coordinate things now with the weights, it'll take me getting used to. Bravo on your workout today, that was challenging, nicely done!

Oh the Crossrope Ropeless Jump Rope I got is the AMP version, although the app. The weights that come with mine include: 1/4 pound, 1/2 pound, 1 pound weight attachments. I wisely opted to try the 1/4 pound one's to start, so glad I did they are intense and effective. I can feel it all over, mainly abs and arms, good stuff

Annette- first of all YAY on not needing heavy duty pain killers and being able to drink cold water, that great news. Great job on your workout today with:
YT- Mike and Sophie 70's Dance and Dumbells = 15 minutes then added floorwork - targeting abs, legs and glutes.
Sounds very fun and challenging combo with some weights, great combo. Bravo!
