Daily Check-in, Thursday, May 15, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Dan the Hiit Man for 30 minutes (total body heavy weights) + a 5 minute Cathe warm-up. It took me 45 minutes in total as it was so tough.

Glad to see us all checking in yesterday!

Linda - I see you are enjoying your KCM app!
Nicki - You have so much going on these days. Your workouts will return to more regularly in time, I'm certain :)
Nora - I am used to the cross rope jump rope now but the weighted handles are challenging at first (I had 4 different weighted ropes but gave away the heavier set it was too challenging for me),
Annette - So glad to read things are a bit easier for you. You're a trooper!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Arms, Legs & Core" - 22 min.
KCM-Stepboxing 2- Premix: Workout #2 without Drills" - 23 min.
CoffeyFit Raw- "Egg Weights Boxing Finisher"- 15 min.

Nora, thanks for info on the ropeless. I'm thinking on it.........did you get all 3 attachments, 1/4, 1/2, & 1 lbs?
 
Hi ladies,

So far I haven't needed any heavy duty painkillers so that is good.

I decided to do the Mike and Sophie 70's Dance and Dumbells which was 15 minutes then I did 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with 1 standing abs exercise.

I can now drink cold water.....Yay!!!

Nice workouts ladies!!

I was in the office and then had to go to the bank to get a cashier's check for the earnest money and then to post office to overnight it. I missed the overnight delivery by ONE MINUTE!!!
 
Nicki, I will let you know, it might be awhile tho’ had to fork out $3000.00 for a new gas
water heater! I’ll keep going with my Spri Ropeless! :)

Sorry for the late check in, now workout today. I'm still a bit sore from Weighted jump rope and weights the other day, so decided to rest and be safe.

Siobhan- Great job on your workout today with:

Dan the Hiit Man- Total Body Hevy Weights= 30 minutes + a 5 minute Cathe warm-up. Total workout was 45 minutes- Boy that sounds tough I agree with you. On the CrossRope weighted Ropeless are tough. I've only used the 1/4 pound weights so far and they are so tough and then the bruises into my thigh, but I'm sure that is a matter of learning to coordinate things now with the weights, it'll take me getting used to. Bravo on your workout today, that was challenging, nicely done!

Oh the Crossrope Ropeless Jump Rope I got is the AMP version, although the app. The weights that come with mine include: 1/4 pound, 1/2 pound, 1 pound weight attachments. I wisely opted to try the 1/4 pound one's to start, so glad I did they are intense and effective. I can feel it all over, mainly abs and arms, good stuff:)

Sounds very fun and challenging combo with some weights, great combo. Bravo!
