Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did more Dan of Tiff and Dan - back and lower body for 40 minutes. It took me longer as his workouts are tough!

Linda - You are enjoying KCM! wowza. I'm thinking of subscribing to T&D on YT as well. I've never subscribed on YT
Annette - Glad to read your oral discomfort is lessening somewhat
Nora - WTG with yesterday's workout!!!
Nicki - I hope today is a better day for squeezing in some fitness

Nice back and lower body workout with T&D this AM Siobhan! Yes, I have been enjoying using Kelly's app
again, I have it until the end of the month.........after that, I'll decide whether to subscribe to her YT channel.
I have never done that either.

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Upper Body & Core Madness # 2" - 50 min.
Interval Timer App- 10 min. Quick Total Body Weights & Rowing

Hi ladies,

Today I did a new Jamie McKagan Cardio Kickboxing from yesterday, it was about 48-49 minutes of Tabata style Kickboxing. It was very good and had abs at the end. I wore my boxing gloves for all the cardio.

Nice workouts ladies!!
