    Does anybody else use a purple resistance band?

    mmmmm butter :9 I try to avoid all saturated fats but, and a big but-(no pun intended) If I really want a little butter I allow myself to have it. I have not found a substitute that I really enjoy. Everything in moderation. ;) JMO Kathy
