    JeanneMarie, I know you don't follow rotations, but how do you usually rotate the classic Firms, Jillian Michael's and Cathe's? Since they all have some weights in them, do you do just cardio workouts in between? Just curious because you look in great shape.

    doesn't spot training help burn the fat in the muscle so your body can burn the fat over the muscle in the area more efficiently?

    if you have plenty of muscle already, you may just need to burn off some fat to show the defintion. if you are looking to just maintain, I think total body, moderate weight workouts like Power Hour, Muscle Endurance, BodyMax2, Muscle Max would help.

    Anyone lost a lot of weight??

    I have to say I really dislike counting calories..it's so time consuming. Everyone says you have to have an exact number not to go over or under on I wish it was as easy as just eating a clean diet..but I notice when I eat clean I might not be eating enough.. as long as we are eating good...

    I was thinking the same thing Cynthia... the pic shows mashed potatoes with gravy, a biscuit and coleslaw, lol... that's not any healthier, unless they count the coleslaw as a vegetable. healthy or not, I still wouldn't eat it knowing they don't treat their chickens humanely. :(
