    Crosstraining shoes. Running shoes are for that, running. Does not give the ankle support as crosstraining shoes do. JMHO

    Gym Style

    I agree with this post. I love Slow and Heavy, it works your body parts differently and you feel it afterwards. And all her weight is heavy, vs. looking at Gym Style which she switches up and the rep count is not nearly as slow as in SH.

    Finally did Basic Step & Body Fusion ! Now what ?LoMax?

    Muscle Endurance is the hardest. Power Hour is a good workout (I am assuming you are purchasing VHS because on the DVD of PH she has MIS and Body Max). I would suggest the Superset and Push Pull, these seemed easier to me and I would suggest these for you as a starter. JMHO
