    Better late than never :D I did "all" of Muscle Max..... I mean I did the whole DVD from warmup through abs and final stretch. However... I couldn't do as many squats or lunges as Cathe and Crew. And those leg presses on the step with the band? Yikes.. they kill me... couldn't do...

    Good morning !!! I'm late... lol Had a "strange" experience yesterday. I went to the gym at about 3:30 and did 15 minutes on treadmill at slower speeds.. increasing gradually to get to 3.7 MPH by the 15 minute mark... it's what I always do.... then started my 30 minutes at 1% incline...

    Turbo Barre - chair or tower

    I have a 4-tiered cat tower in my living room for my 2 kitty cats. I had put felt pads on the bottom corners so I could slide it to move it around on the hardwood floors so that I could clean. None of my chairs were the right height... but the 3rd tier up from floor level on the cat tower...
