    Before doing Cathe's workouts I was doing TJ about 3 to 4 times a week. It is a lot of fun! But, I will tell you that I sweat so much more doing Cathe's cardios. I would totally forget about her sculpting workouts....although Lower Body Jam is fun. I liked Cardio Party 1, 2, & 3.
