If you have a workout bench that inclines, that will also work.
And yes the slanted riser were used during incline flys, incline chest press and there was one bicep incline position it was used in.

Of course this is all after I have stretched and got some aqua in me.
Personally I loved the rest periods in Meso 3.
I have experience all this stuff and more.
First of all I personally believe it is stealing to take something that doesn't belong to you and at one place I worked we constantly had a person taking someone elses soda or water. Which I would be more lenient if they replaced what they took...

I think you will be fine. There will be a 105 people there with all different abilities and different outfits - some matching and some don't.

I will be doing a lot of Cathe workouts and mixing it with TLT, Bosu and some outdoor running.
For the Cathe workouts, I have her Circuit workouts, total body weight workouts and the IMAXes on tap for June.
