    Road Trippers 3/28

    Julia, GS is very different from the Pyramids or Cathe's latest series. It is more like Muscle Max. Muscle Max is part of the Hardcore series, as are the Gym Styles. They are straight sets (2-3) of reps (8-12) using moderate to heavy weight. They are GREAT workouts!
