Something a little funny happened while I was doing Coremax #2 yesterday....
During the pikes, I just kept on going until I did a mini handstand and tah-dah, over I went!! I had a moment of panic, but just decided to do my best Mary Lou Retton impersonation so I wouldn't injure myself!!
I thought this was a good place to share and see what things have happened to others during your workouts?
I do have a workout question, too. Yesterday I did a longer ab workout (Leaner Legs then Coremax #2). During LL, I felt my abs much as I always do, fire in the 'ol abs, you know the drill. Then, as I was doing Coremax - somewhere along the way, I felt numb. I was really contracting to make sure I was still in my workzone, and I just didn't feel anything anymore. (And I put my hand on the working area to feel my muscles, too.) So, could I have done too much? Has anyone else had this type of feeling during a workout?
I'm not sure if I should just keep going if it happens again, or stop early. Let me know what you think.
TIA,
Tricia
