I just got a pair of these from Under Armour: Women's UA Proto Speed™ Trainer They fit like a glove, and i feel like i'm walking on air! I did go up a half size and am glad I did.

I take 2 600mg. capsules of red yeast rice daily for my high cholesterol. My high cholesterol is also hereditary. No matter how clean my diet, or how much I exercised, my numbers were always high, until I started with the red yeast.

I'm not ordering. After lifting heavier weights with NROLFW, I loved the feeling of being stronger, but did not care for the xtra weight that came along with it! lol! I love the results I get with Cathes workouts that I currently have. :)

Yes, I have done this. And everything is fine until I click on the dvd that I want to mark complete. Then it just sits there, loading, and I am unable to get back to the calendar screen.

I have been listing my workouts on the workout manager calendar for a while with no problems. Now, all of a sudden I can't click on the workout to mark it complete, or list any new workouts. Any suggestions?

We took our 9 and 13 year olds to see it, no problem. I didn't really think it was that violent, but that is just me.:)
