I did the Bonus Bag workout today after Athletic Step. I have a Everlast neoprene hanging bag (I believe it's 55 pounds or there about). I got it at Sport Authority for around $50. Anyway, I LOVED this workout! I want to do it every day! :D It was under 20 minutes and it was so much fun...

LOL. I just figured it out! When I clicked on the list that says "Other Options" it, it would only give me UPS as an option. I didn't realize that you actually click on the "Other Options." I thought it was a drop down list that only gave me UPS as an option. :p So $4.95 is what shipping...
