Good morning. I did Disc 3 of STS-legs. All I can say is OUCH because I still had sore calves from Saturday's workout. So I can imagine what tomorrow is going to bring.

Good morning. I did STS Disc 1 today-chest, shoulders, biceps. I'm also supposed to do 50 minutes of steady state cardio which works out perfectly because I have to mow today and that's about an hour. I can't believe how quickly I forgot how tough STS is!!!!

Good morning. I did 4DS kickboxing and then legs, calves and core. I forgot how much fun that workout was. I'm still sweating buckets. I wore my weighted vest plus went up on most of the weights.

Patti-yes most people wore pj's. Cathe had really cute ones on from Victoria Secret. If you watch the video from last year it shows part of the pajama party. I'm the one in the aqua pants that is bent over! haha Just make sure you get comfy ones that you can stretch in.
