    My hat's off to you. I sprained my ankle doing a KCM step workout a couple of years ago. I did the rolling around on the ground thing, but not the let's finish with crunches part. Hope you are back on your feet soon!

    Keep it up! When reading Cathe's second response to you (modifying for your time frame) she said you should see a HUGE change in 2.5 months. That is a few weeks away yet so you have plenty of time for your body to respond to this type of training. Good Luck!

    Barbell after the Troy Lite?

    The only thing that I didn't like about the 15# bar that I got at Dick's was the length. It was longer than my Troy lite bar and so was difficult to maneuver in my small space. If you have the room, then it is definitely the way to go. My Troy lite weights fit on it as did the extras I bought.
