I would also check your heart. When I was pregant with my 2nd child, found out I had a heart murmur. And I am not that tall. I can't do pivots, turns, etc. and forget even burpees, that require sudden up/down movements.
It depends, right now I average about 1 1/2-2 hours a day. Strength training then cardio. On the weekends I tend to do one yoga, pilates, functional fitness, band workout though.
I read somewhere to take Vitamin D at night. And I have been doing that along with Flaxseed, Maganesuium and Vitamin C. Which helps me to sleep better.

Yep High/Tight band workout hurts! The ankle weights not so much for me. I had a red band which broke, so I did it with a green band. I do need to find a yellow band. Sculpt really gets my heart rate up though. Cpmpound movements do it everytime!
