Try putting the band above your knees rather than around your ankles: it is much easier on the knees.Hi Kathryn,
I was shocked at how this harmless looking piece of rubber could bring tears to my eyes!! Actually, it kind of bothered my knee, so I took it off and found that "just" doing the moves works it quite effectively. I did boot-camp this morning and will work my bum-bum this afternoon (sans that evil yellow band!)
