    Eating More After Giving Blood

    I'm afraid I don't have any advice. I did want to add that I've been donating for years, and my workouts are always super crappy for 2 to 3 days post-donation. I don't normally drink anything but milk, water, and juice, but I wonder if I should take in Gatorade before and after donating.

    I think I'm most excited about Total Body. I started hitting my upper body twice a week over 6 weeks ago and have noticed a change ~ I'm anxious to see what 3 total body workouts a week may do.

    Yay! You know, when I clear my cookies, I also clear Temp. Internet files too. I just do it all in one big sweep, so that's probably why I cleared it up the first time around.

    I'd like to hear CSA experiences as well. We have farmer's markets, but most of them don't sell anything beyond fruits & basic veggies. I'm mostly looking for eggs.

    I can get through them if I take longer rests in between sets. I can knock out the first 16. The end of the set of 14 starts getting a little shallow. :o That's when I start resting a good 30 seconds or so between sets. Otherwise, at this point, I wouldn't be able to stay on my toes...
