I also have to say that I definitely feel my core worked in this series. Just LOVE the workouts. I also agree with Kathryn, the music in Trisets Upper Body isn't that great, but overall that doesn't bother me.

we have verizon fios. internet, tv, and phone bundle. It is 124/month, including taxes. We have HD, 2 tvs, and DVR. Right now, we get movies package included for a year. I will probably cancel the movie channels once the free subscription is over. Don't think I ever even looked at them.

I have adjusted the aspect ratio. The picture is fuzzy. I have never had anything like this happen before. I also have all of the DVD'S, except pure strength, and rhythmic step. It is so distracting, I don't even want to do the workouts. Very disappointed, and I have never been disappointed...
