    I want to order this, especially since I have an 8 month old and less time on my hands, but while I know shocking your body works, I'm still hesitant to believe that shorter sessions will really work. Anyone feel the same? I have to decide by tomorrow morning.

    I'm almost 6 months pp and in the same situation. I have gotten ab strngth back, but remain puffy/bulgy in ribcage and lower abs. Is this workout similar to pilates? I'm just trying to figure out if i should order it. Thanks for posting!!!

    I've been tninking about that but logistically it just won't work yet. James doesn't make it the whole night in his crib yet and usualy ends up in our room in the middle of the night and right now my workout stuff is in the bedroom. ;-( But I can see that workng in the future!
