    ok. I think I was over thinking it. Since her weight segments in her cardio/weight DVDs didn't seem as hard as her stand alone weight DVDs, i didn't know what to do. I guess just following her rotations would be a good place to start...why do I have to make it more difficult? haha...

    Thank you. One more question. If I do a DVD that has weights in it, can I still to a weight DVD the following day? the DVDs that combine weights and cardio, seem to hit all the muscles, so I'm never really sure what weight DVD to do the following day. Did that make sense?
