Good Morning :)

Today is a rest day for me, and I enjoyed sleeping in late! I am really looking forward to the new rotation and doing BM2 double upper body!

I can't wait to see the blog tomorrow! I think they are going to put up practice pictures. I also think they are starting filming tomorrow!

Tracee~ Good for you 3 days in a row!!:) Now your back in the swing!

Cheryl~ What workout did you do today? or did you take the day off?

Marcy~ YOU GRADUATED THE X!!!!!! I am so proud of you girl!!:) You made a lot of progress, and you stuck with it for 13 weeks! Is that a record for you? You are usually the change it up girl!!:)

Hey Deanie,

Today was my day of rest. So I've been studying all day instead (taking a little break before going back).

I'm excited to start tomorrow though! I do so much better with someone telling me what to do then trying to come up with it on my own.

I want to try doing my workouts before work. I'm not a morning person, but I have so much to do lately and I want to make sure I get my workout in. I think this will also help my diet (FYI - I use 'diet' in the term of what I eat and not in the terms of 'going on a diet').

Aside from changing my body, I have two main goals I want to work on these next 4 weeks:
1) working out in the morning
2) eating more controlled quantites of food - ending all the night time snacking!

More tomorrow!!
