    I would LOVE a premix that combines the push/pull weight work into one total UB workout. I know it's tough with them on two different discs, but in 4DS all the UB is combined to make an amazing UB workout.

    Loving the older workouts

    I did the UB premix from Cross Train Express (with heavier weights). It's tougher than any of the new workouts! I also love Step, Jump, and Pump -- great music and a real fun factor!

    Think I've Learned a Lesson.

    I've read that icing it could help within the first 24 - 48 hours too. Just put a cold pack on for 15 minutes at a time. Hope your elbow will be good as new! Your lesson is a good reminder for us all!

    4 day Split Series + Core de force

    I really like that idea. I'm doing Strong and Sweaty weight workouts on one day and the Core de Force on the next for cardio, so same idea. It is a great combo.
