I just did the leg workout -- I can see why you entitled this thread "Holy Howlin' Hamstrings" (and glutes)!!! She is so creative in her moves -- not just the regular squats and lunges. Can't wait to try some of the UB workouts and NRG mixes. Glad I have this dvd. Thanks for the recommendation.
I contacted Mary at Total Fitness. She said they are no longer making this workout!!! I was able to find a new one on Ebay, so will be trying it soon. Thanks all.
I've been eyeing Slo Mo. I was wondering if there are any total UB premixes. I don't like to split up the upper body work and am always looking for good total UB work. Does anyone know?
I have several Jazzercise video tapes. I used to do Jazzercise and loved getting exercise by dancing to fun music. I still do "Simply Jazzercise" when I want to just move. Released in 1994. Makes me smile!
One of my pet peeves is kb workouts that only primarily punch while your feet stay mostly on the ground. For me to get my heart rate up, I need to be moving more than just a bob and weave or a few jacks. I like the ones where you are kicking and moving lots MORE than punching. Patrick Goudeau...
I am one who is very sensitive to fragrance (asthma and allergies). Just want to raise your awareness that it does make some people literally ill. If you wear it, keep it light -- please. I used to love to wear fragrance, but just cannot any more.
I just got "Rockin Body." I'm loving having something with this kind of fun factor that actually gets your heart rate up and works your body in a different way. It's a great way to change it up. Looking forward to Cize.
I have a vacuum I use on my 3 horses. Horses in the spring are shedding messes. I don't know what I'd do without the vacuum. They love it too. Great tool!
UNLVCrjChick, I am glad to hear of someone else who had great results with Chalene Extreme. She talks about it making you tighter and slimmer. She's right! That's a great program and she uses pretty heavy weights. Love that program!
Bayerngirl, You mentioned liking Turbo Fire (I love it) and Turbo Jam (I haven't tried it). What's the difference between the two? Just wondering if I "need" Turbo Jam. . .Thanks!
