    That'd be great, Kevin...you can either hide with me and use a cardio machine during the step portion of class, or you can "go for the gusto" and try the step...I'm all gusto'd out". 2nd half of the class is upper body weight work, which I love. Hopefully you can join us for lunch as well...

    Kickboxing should be done no more than 3 non-consecutive days per week...so 2 should be fine, as long as they're not on back to back days.

    Darine... I agree 100% with you...the leg drills on Kick Max alone have helped me improve my form!! I'm a sweaty mess when I'm done Kick Max...it's not quite KPC, but it will always have a place in my rotation!

    My last Friday off before heading back to work for the summer season..since it's the Advanced Step/Upper Body class, I'll be found cowering in the corner for the step portion. Are we doing lunch after class??

    Hi Peeps.. Rest day for me, as I am 1/2 way through my 6 week Supersets routine, this is by far my favorite total body w/o..I thought nothing could touch Muscle Max, but I love SS a tad more! Looks like I'll be joining Ellie in Shovel Max.
