In Combo six with the peg leg pivot - I don't do the pivot. I do the peg leg, the kind of a mamba, then when I step back, I step back onto the step. It just makes it easier for me - my knee isn't fond of pivoting.

Any of them. I just tried both the Low Quality and High Quality Circuit Works Plus Barre and Core. I've also tried several of the step workouts. I reboot my computer, re-installed flash (although the standard videos work, so that shouldnt' be an issue, I reinstalled just in case).

I'm going straight through my computer. I have a Mac Air with the latest version of OS.

I am having issues streaming the Live workouts. I have On Demand and the actual DVD workouts run, but the Live ones will not. What am I doing wrong? Edited to add that I get the little play arrow for the Live workouts, but no matter how long I wait, it never plays anything after I click it.

I did Chiseled Upper Body today. Just the regular workout. Definitely intermediate, but I really enjoyed it. I cannot lift really heavy any longer, so this is perfect. I matched her weights, but I'm not feeling 100% so I wanted to take it easier. When I'm feeling better I'll up the weights...

I get this and I appreciate it, but I just want to know which video to start with today so I don't mess up the rotation. I'll probably do the basic rotation the first week.

I had asked where the actual ICE rotation was posted. Never mind - realized she did not. I wanted to start today, and have no idea where to start. :p

I was curious to see if anyone came up with a Cathe Live rotation? There are plenty workouts now, and it would be fun working out with Cathe "Live" every day.

I just started this and man it was good to be back in the Cathe Saddle again this morning!! I was indeed jumping over a marble with those leaps, though. I have my work cut out!
