    Yoga Max or Yoga Relax??

    I have done both of these workouts. I am certainly no expert on yoga. IMO YogaRelax was more for me at least a nice long stretch. My first time I did this one after Tri-Sets lower body. Yoga Max was more intense than YR. Both were great.

    I plan to do this on Saturday. I have been afraid to preview it :rolleyes:. I'm wondering, do you ride bike on a regular basis? Not necessarily a spinning bike but road/mountain bike? Wondering if this will eliminate saddle soreness since I do ride. Well, hoping! :p

    I am previewing this as I type. I can't wait to try it but I have a question for those that have done it already. Would you consider this a leg workout? I am trying to find where to place this in my weekly rotation. Watching the cardio alone looks like a killer leg workout. What do ya think...

    I have looked everywhere trying to find a definition for the J.F.O. on the pre-mix of lower body tri-sets. I just can't seem to find it & my braini s not coming up with an answer other than Just For ..... I know this will be a "duh" moment :o.

    I actually had the same problem as well after I first started riding. Mine cleared up as I got used to positioning & such. It was good to hear that other women experience this as well. :o Lots of great advice, thanks for stepping out on a limb & posting! Hope all is well for you soon! :)
