    Well SHOOT! STS moves you cannot do???

    I can't do the sit n stands (even w/o weight) I still struggle with push ups. I can't do any advanced ones and stay on my knees for the rest. I wonder if I will ever be able to do full push ups..... Melanie

    Hey Cathe and SNM, Just a quick note to say that I am really enjoying STS. The video quality as a whole is awesome. Although I cannot do STS as it is designed b/c I am preggers, I am still getting a great workout. Thanks for your hard work : )
