    If you are sick/not feeling well, have a cold and/or cough, do you still count your calories, esp. if you're not working out (or doing much of anything, really)? My head says, "Salad! And broccoli!" but my tummy says, "Eggs and toast, please." At this point I have biceped curled about 50...

    Thanks for all the tips! I haven't found a way to enter my Cathe workouts on MFP and get calorie 'credit' for it. And I will def look up the 'eat more to weigh less' group on the MFP forums.

    Did you?

    I got home from work Thursday afternoon, went to bed at 5:00pm, and basically slept until 8:00 Friday morning. Friday I stayed home sick from work, laid on the couch and watched "The 10th Kingdom" on DVD and drank orange juice. No stress at all! :cool:

    So 'eating your workout calories' generally means on days that I workout, I can give myself extra calories to make up for the calories spent on the workout? So for example, if my MFP calories are 1450, if I workout that day, I can eat like 1650?

    So I can go to the website and alter my profile or something to add exercise calories? On my iphone you have to add every single exercise and weight, etc. OK, I've just been there for about 20 minutes looking throuh the forums and I don't see anything helpful yet.

    MyFitnessPal has set my daily calorie intake at 1450 cals/day in order to lose 1 lb/week. Let me tell you, 1450 does not go far, even if you are making good choices. ;) OK. I think I can do this. I won't like it, but I will try. Sigh. :confused:

    That was very inspiring, gettingfitmom! Heaven knows I'd never run 10 miles anywhere unless I was getting chased. Plus 1 hour and 45 minutes in the gym everyday? Whew! So would that be about 3+ hours everyday spent on staying fit? I did notice how beautiful her skin was though.

    What's the point of printing the workout calendar if it only prints out the icon for the workout series? It would be more useful if the title of the workout was in there instead of an icon, e.g., HiiT+Burn Set Shoulders, premix 7. Or am I once again doing something wrong? Thanks.

    Sore but more legs?

    Thank you for the encouragement! I did an Ellen Barrett workout instead. Stil sore today, but not as sore in my chest as I thought I'd be.
