    Monday again! Yuck! My check ins this week and next will be more sporadic then usual! I'm traveling to Boston this week and Chicago next week for work. I hope to try travel fit while I'm gone and I'll take advantage of the hotel's fitness room. :) Today is a DM premix.

    Becky, I have to visit a sister lab to view their operation of something that we are planning to take on shortly. I don't dread being there. It's just the hour and half drive to and from with my boss that makes me itch a little!

    Yesterday was a tough day for everyone. The tiredness was just oozing from the computer! I took a rest day and therefore forgot to check in. Today will be legs - plylo legs, disc 29. The best part is that it is short! Celebrate Friday!!

    Today was Power Hour which I haven't done in forever. Now, I remember why! I'm not such a big fan - especially the BB work. Anyway, it's done - with a lot of breaks. It was one of those no strength days. Have a good day!
