I didn't workout at all this weekend and I enjoyed the rest!Today will be Step Moves and KPC abs. How about everyone else?

Phyllis, DH & I walked 3 miles on the bike path Sat. and yesterday was a REST day !! :)

Today I start a week of 4DS!

Today was circuit - I did Jari's Ripped 1000.
 
Good morning early risers!!!! Today is Zumba for me. We woke up to heavy rain, lots of thunder and lightening. A couple of the dogs are hiding.

Becky - will you be doing the entire 4DS workout or splitting them up into shorter workouts?

Hi all,

I did Gym Style Back, shoulders and biceps no band work and only used dumbbells. Didn't do every exercise but at least 2 for each body part, then I took a 2 mile walk for about 37 min. Trying to change things around... my weight is climbing and I don't know what I am doing differently, so I am at a loss. I found a new protein powder that I am going to try and see if that helps any but I really haven't changed anything in my diet or exercise other than not having as much space but I am trying to compensate by walking for cardio.
