Let's see... Jessica Smith (lots of free workouts on her Youtube channel), Ilaria, Ellen Barrett, Amy Dixon, really liking Chris Freytag's new series, Zuzana Light (post Bodyrock), and Tracey Mallet.
I just do a generic search under the "Cardiovascular" tab, and click the add your own exercise - you can put whatever description you want, time, and calories burned.
I did the full Hard Strikes workout last night and Bi's and Tri's this morning, no issues. The upper body conditioning in Hard Strikes is low weight/high rep and mostly shoulder, followed by bicep curls (with 5lbs), triceps dips, then core.
I like Ellen Barrett (I prefer her Studio workouts over the ones she did with Crunch fitness, but still decent.). It isn't straight forward Pilates, more of a fusion type workout. I always feel great after.
CCC is "Cardio Core Circuit" - sub in a different cardio dvd if you do not own it.
B&G is "Butts & Guts" (I believe), if you do not have that you could do "Legs & Glutes" and maybe throw in an ab routine.
I have to put my vote in for Amy, love her. If you found the first Breathless Body too repetitive then check out Breathless Body 2 The edge. Instead of 1 exercise repeated 8 times then moving to the next it is broke down to 4 groups - 3 different moves repeated 3 times (30 on 15 sec rest)...
My mom had it done 3, maybe 4 years ago and it has worked out wonderful for her. A lot of it depends on who is doing it perhaps? It didn't hurt much according to her (who does not handle pain well) and she couldn't be happier with it.
I have it and love it, looking forward to the second one! I can understand how some people would get bored with it but it doesn't me. I'm getting my butt kicked and "enjoying" it. :p
