    Bodymax2 Review(s)

I personally think that BM1 is a bit harder than BM2. The upper body work on BM1 is 34 minutes long and is very though and thorough. Also, the step tempo is faster on BM1 and the leg/circuits are tougher. I really like BM2, though, and can see it becoming a favorite. They are both great...

    Upper Body

RE: Upper Body AND lower body I highly recommend the PUB/PLB DVD. (Pyramid Upper Body / Pyramid Lower Body). It is great and you get both upper and lower body workouts, plus a PUB/PLB Bonus Combo premix, along with other premixes. runathon

Help me get back into shape!

How about doing 20-30 min of cardio (running, step, kickboxing, intervals, circuits) and then a body part per day from any Cathe workout you may have or some other if you don't have any of Cathe's? runathon

    Body Max 2 Premix Suggestions?

I really like all the suggestions so far. The more premixes, the better as we are not always into doing the workout as-is. Thank you for your consideration. runathon

Will there be WO Blenders in the new workouts?

I like the premixes and the workout blender. For example, using the w/o blender I was able to do the w/u of step blast and the challenge only, which brought the workout to a 20 min HIT. This was not to be found in the existing premixes. I hope you consider keeping both. runathon

    Too much muscle

Hi. Not Cathe here, but you asked for help.:P This sounds to me like you would have to stick to endurance-based training, like Power Hour or Muscle Endurance and circuit-styled workouts like Circuit Max, Cardio and Weights, HSTA, HSC, The Terminator dvd, etc and kickboxing. I think that...

Shoulder work, it just never gets easier!

I am also adding Kathryn's reply (I hope you don't mind Kathryn!) to the orignal post (back in August 2005) because I think she provided great information then. I saved her post as well as Cathe's post. ;-): From Kathryn: GS back/shoulders/biceps has a good shoulder section. I really...

Is anyone else scared of Drill Max?

I am really looking forward to it--believe it or not.:P I would only hope she doesn't plan on going crazy with all the high-impact jumping ala Kickmax drills! I hope Drill Max has a lot of kicking and punching, blocking, etc....Nice. runathon

Shoulder work, it just never gets easier!

Here is the post Kathryn was referencing: Cathe's Shoulder Workout - No Video From Cathe on Building More Shoulder Mass: "Since many people are strongest with MILITARY PRESSES, lets start with that and do a two warm up sets of 10 pounders (when I say that I mean 2 dumbbells at 10 pounds...

Debbie, you done did it again. Love it! Thanks. I love your rotations. Especially the simple, straigh-forward ones like this on. I love the Terminator and HCX compilation dvds and my Low Max. They are great workouts to be added for endurance-based rotations. runathon

Best rotation strategy for weight loss?

Hi Nancy, How about doing 30 minutes of cardio (step/walk/run/rebound/hi-lo/kickbox/spin/interval) daily along with an upper body split and the occasional leg workout? That should bring it to 60-75 minutes daily like you are used to working out along with your usual rest day. I have been...
