Help me get back into shape!

Hello everyone! I am attempting to get back into shape after a long break. I always had great results using Cathe's videos, especially Cross-Train Express. I am looking for a single weights Cathe DVD that works each muscle group separately in short segments (like in X-Train Express)that I can do in pieces throughout the week. Why not just do X-Train Express you ask? I only have it on video and my video player has long since died! Wish I could afford to buy all the X-train Express on DVD! Any comments, suggestions or encouragement welcome. Thanks,

How about doing 20-30 min of cardio (running, step, kickboxing, intervals, circuits) and then a body part per day from any Cathe workout you may have or some other if you don't have any of Cathe's?
