I find they don't slide well with or without the covers -- they just move without sticking. You want the SLIDING movement. I just put fleece blanket down on a section of the mat... that works better.

The biggest reason I'm not too thrilled about streaming is the cost in the long run. I'd like to own the workout instead of renting/streaming... it's like paying for apartment rent instead of buying a house.

Oh, thanks. I didn't know that. My last download was Intensity, High Reps, etc pre-order. I also have STS Cardio download. Wondering if I could have these downloads converted (or re-download) to multiple files to match the chapter points? That would make my life easier trying to navigate...
