    So I have the low impact series but have been using a different sliding disc I bought at Wal Mart...they are frustrating and I can not use them that well especially with jumping jacks. What do you guys think of Cathe's discs and do you recommend them? If they come highly recommended I will...

    step taps/power squats help!

    Ahhh... So very glad to hear that some of you have this same problem. I can do some of the squat turns but will have to work up to all that she does...and the straddle taps just infuriate me cuz I can NOT get the timing right!!! Now i do not feel so alone. :~}

    great question I actually was wondering the same thing. I saw on the main page where dvds are listed by groups and the dvd group for HIIT/Interval has some of these listed. I also do not want to do HIIT to many times in a week. Hopefully someone will shed some light.

    Oh my goodness!!!! I clicked on this to read because I was so excited about someone losing 30 pounds and by the time I got to the end of your updates it was 50!!!!! AMAZING!!!! If you don't mind can you give some tips on what you did for eating? Did you continue to workout out 2 hours/day...

    This question is specific to athletic training, afterburn, slide n glide...is it okay to do weight workout one day and then do these workouts the next? Do you consider them mostly cardio or more weights? Sorry if this is a stupid question but I needed some clarification with this. Thanks so much.
