? about when to do weight days with LIS


This question is specific to athletic training, afterburn, slide n glide...is it okay to do weight workout one day and then do these workouts the next? Do you consider them mostly cardio or more weights? Sorry if this is a stupid question but I needed some clarification with this. Thanks so much.


I had wondered the same, but found the answer with the rotation posted in January 2012, the 3 month "transformation rotation" :) This rotation is a combination of LIS and STS, with Low impact series workouts (including Athletic Training, Slide and Glide, Afterburn) in between the various STS workouts.
