I just finished my first Low Max workout...and I have alot of catching up to do with you girls! I had to stop about 5 times and was I huffing and puffing... maybe I shouldn't crack open Hardcore Extreme yet! This was a great workout - I just love these DVDs - and yes the music is awesome!
