didnt get my order

I ordered Imax3 on the 27th of dec . UPS said they delivered it on the 30th. I never received this package. Has anyone else ever had this happen? I was told to contact cathes customer service dept to so they could contact UPS. I hope they find it since I was charged for it.

HI, well I did not receive IMAX3 with my Hardcore Bundle as they stated it was on backorder...

not sure if this would relate to your problem...but I received a notice in the box saying they would ship IMAX3 as soon as they receive more .
