    I'm so glad to see Jen's heels off the ground. Haha. I need to be reminded constantly that not everyone has the same flexibility and that it's okay if your heels can't make it to the ground in this position.

    Starting over at 60 - Question

    Another vote for the LITE series. It feels very do-able, and once you feel ready, you can increase intensity by utilizing the calorie crush bonuses and increasing your weight selections with the strength training workouts. Hope you start feeling like a million bucks soon!
