    Okay, I did it.

OnDemand veterans - how do I access premixes? I might be doing it "wrong" since I'm checking out the videos in my web browser. I only see a chapters menu on these (unless it's a bonus, which makes sense). Maybe I need to download the App and it'll have better controls that way? I didn't see...

    Okay, I did it.

With the Black Friday specials, I went ahead and got myself a Cathe OnDemand subscription. I figure I spend about the cost of the subscritption each year in purchasing DVDs, I may as well just get the subscription. Which means I'll also get to access her newest workouts when they come out...

    Cathe's Killer Legs Workout

Liking the music in this. I didn't see any bulgarian split squats, too, which is nice, 'cause my body HATES those. I might invest and use it to further round out my STS 2 inventory. One more lower body workout can't hurt!

Feel good/powerful article from Cathe's Newsletter

I loved this part: So much of the subtle messaging out there to women is to stay small - and that's not just in size, but in personality, too. Be polite. Speak softly. Don't make waves. I feel silly saying it, but there's one section in one of the STS 2 workouts - might be Body Parts Chest...

    Body Parts "Extreme" premixes

Uuugg - I previewed AfterBurn - I don't have that series. Well, wait, that's a lie. I have both of the yoga DVDs. I'm not a fan of the sliding discs at all, so I've never bothered with it. That, and I'm also not a fan of HiiT, low impact or not. Yes, XTrain has HiiT, too, and I don't really...

    Body Parts "Extreme" premixes

Heck yes. That's me, too. And the funniest thing about it, is when I'm NOT putting all this "must look good", "must be perfect" energy and emphasis into my days, my body responds so much better! It's happy to just be loved and paid attention to instead of being fed "not enough" messages all the...

    Body Parts "Extreme" premixes

Agree, Debinmi - I'm curious how I'll feel after the Xtrain version. I know I already experienced an unpleasant surprise when I did one of her XTrain Burn Sets workouts I think a month or two ago to fill in for a couple missed STS workouts. Her pace was so much faster and I was just not having...

    Body Parts "Extreme" premixes

It really is surprising how wiped out I get just from one of the single body parts workouts. I mean, Legs was obvious to me that I'd feel exhausted after, but even all the other ones really had me tired afterwards and also sleeping like a rock. I really loved that 12-week rotation and I'm sure...

    Getting back into fitness

Her LITE series is a really good one, I feel, for getting back into working out. Remember you can always opt to use lighter weights in weight training workouts, and then choose low-impact options or time-saver pre-mixes to help ease yourself into her workouts, too.

    Body Parts "Extreme" premixes

Today I did the Extreme premix of Chest and Tris plus bonuses. Woooooo, tough workout for sure! I want to put this out there in case anyone here has been only favoring these combo premixes instead of doing each body part separately: Consider that you may not get the full benefit of focusing...

    Easy workout plan for ageing

I'd like to preface this by suggesting you discuss this with your doctor and perhaps a physical therapist, too, to get a proper diagnosis on what exercises are okay for your body and what ones you maybe need to be avoiding and/or modifying. That's only if you haven't already done so, of course...

    Active Recovery *Series*

Going to tag on that she should include an animal flow type of workout in this series, too - basically all bodyweight exercises that get you down on the floor and moving that way. May not be ideal for those with wrist issues, however. Not sure if she can have someone in the cast show...

Replacement DVD For Active Recovery + Total Body Stretch Update

Yay! No more hiccups! Thank you so much! I'll get the old one sent back ASAP!

I am not seeing floor and mat work in the STS 2.0 rotations. Is there a reason behind not including them more than just the add ons?

She doesn't have a floor-specific workout, or section, but she does have them peppered throughout the end of all her lower body-specific workouts. LB 1 has hamstring roll-ins and leg quad lifts (which are OUCH) LB 2 has forward-hinged hip abductions (in the bonus as you mentioned) BP Legs has...

Replacement DVD For Active Recovery + Total Body Stretch Update

Oh thank you for the update! I was just wondering about this the other day.

Butts and Guts — Better Than My PT!

I've used Butts & Guts for quite some time primarily for the floor work/stability ball section. When I'm trying to stay on top of my lower back issues, I make sure I throw in either the floor and core work from Butts & Guts, or ICE's To the Mat. Both contain exercises that my own PT prescribed...

    STS 2.0 Done! What's Next?

I'm enjoying my results from STS 2.0 so much that I'm not ready yet to shelve them. I'm on an active recovery week. Next month I'll be doing a mix of full body, upper/lower, and body parts workouts, and then after that I'll be following her STS 2.0/XTrain rotation in the guide... so a little...

question about new Total Body Barbell

I asked in her announcement thread and she confirmed it'll be easily modified with dumbbells.

Pre-Order My 4 New Workouts - Estimated To Ship In December 2023

Probably a silly question, but is the barbell workout easily modified with dumbbells? And, when can we see previews? :D Thank you for the great surprise!

    STS 2 Results

Okay, I'm sure you're all tired of hearing from me on STS 2.0 progress. I'm now officially DONE with the whole 12-week rotation. Again, it took me longer than 12 weeks since I had a couple rest/recovery weeks thrown in between. I am so happy and really proud of myself for sticking this...
