    I guess I'm sort of a slacker...STS has taken the guesswork out of the weight workouts, but cardio is whatever I feel like that day. If I'm feeling strong, I'll go with an IMAX, but if I feel tired or weak, I'll pick an easier cardio.

    Mine was BodyMax1. I had just had my third baby (10lb 1oz son) and ummm let's just say that I had some extra lbs at that time. I tried Bodymax and actually felt a little ill 'cause it was so hard for me. I can't believe that I went back for a second try....but I did and it eventually got easier.

    Ohhh, thanks! I get Clean Eating but I must have missed those recipes. I will go back and check it out. I like the way that they have been keeping me fuller longer, so I will have to experiment with adding them to soups and yougurt too.

    One vote for Meso 3 here. I liked the slow, controlled, heavy lifting the best. I felt that I could concentrate and feel the muscle better. Oh, and I also liked the breaks:p

    I'm currently going to school for exercise physiology, and they have taught us NOT to plan peoples meals for them, for precisely the reason you have mentioned above. We won't have the training that a dietician or nutritionist will have, so we are taught not to act like we do have that training...

    Opinions on the use of Chewing Gum

    I'm a big sugar-free gum chewer and I haven't found that it makes me hungrier....I use it after meals because I HATE the feeling of food in my teeth and it isn't always convenient to brush immediately after a meal. I also use it as a sort of dessert 'cause it's sweet!
