    Question about PUB

    Hi everyone tonight was my first night to do PUB. Oh my I am going to be sore. My question is when I got to the biceps my arms were so fatiqued I had to stop on the last 2 sets. Any suggestions? I probally used 1/2 the weight that Cathe uses. Thanks
